I haven't wrote a blog post in the longest time...but that was due to all of the work I had to do in the last few weeks of my first semester in Copenhagen. I had three exams (and did well in all of them thankfully) so as a post-exam treat for myself I booked a mini-break to Vienna since it is a city I had wanted to visit for so long. It was also my first solo trip and I LOVED it! I'm definitely going to book more solo trips this year as it was so much less stressful than travelling with others as I could do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I would definitely go back to Vienna in a heartbeat; the Christmas market outside Vienna City Hall was the best Christmas market I've ever been to so would 100% recommend that everyone visits Vienna at Christmas time.
The only downside of solo travel is the lack of an on-hand photographer.
